Our Story
Originally from the Northeast before moving to Charlotte, NC, we spent countless days in the Green Mountains of Vermont that created a passion for the natural wonders of mountains. We’ve also been blessed to experience the enormous and upscale Vail Mountain, the one-of-a-kind landscape and vibe of Telluride, California’s High Sierra’s, the jagged peaks of the Italian Dolomites, the stunning beauty of Slovenia’s Vogel, and the absolute awe felt on Austria’s Nordkette.
When it comes to the ocean, we both grew up taking trips to the world famous New Jersey beaches. Manasquan, Point Pleasant, Belmar, Wildwood Crest, Avon-by-the-Sea, Long Beach Island. The list goes on.
As a young man, I spent two-weeks with my family every Summer on the flat expansive beaches of Hilton Head, SC for two decades.
My wife spent most Summers exploring and engaging guests on the Adriatic Sea at her family’s bed-n-breakfast “pension” in Drasnice, South of Makarska, Croatia. You really have to experience this area of the world to fully appreciate the beauty, sites and culture.
So you can say that the mountains and the sea are in our DNA. These experiences have lived inside us forever and are a primary reason we want to help other families create lasting memories through our mountain and sea properties.
We’ve been fortunate enough to make unforgettable vacation memories with friends and family, in many cases, by renting from other families.
